At MotorcycleGear, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your next ride. If your gear isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Gear

Place the items, including all original tags and armor inserts, into the shipping box and include a copy of your packing slip.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
